Local emergency personnel responded to a motorcycle vs. car on Tuesday afternoon, according to Sgt. Suttles of the Glendale Police Dept. The incident took place at the intersection of La Crescenta and Montrose avenues. There was one person transported to the hospital. Unconfirmed reports are that he underwent surgery for a broken pelvic bone.

The southbound lane of La Crescenta Avenue was closed for a short time. Montrose Avenue was closed briefly in both directions.
