2700 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Crescenta, the front glass door was smashed, the cash register at a store was stolen as was the cash and several rooms were ransacked at 3:46 a.m.

1200 block of Green Lane in La Cañada, a resident found the door leading to the master bedroom had been kicked in and rooms in the home’s upstairs had been ransacked. After an investigation, jewelry was reported stolen between 4:30 p.m. and 6:45 p.m.

 

Jan. 10

1900 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada, a purse with personal information was stolen and the rear passenger window was smashed on a vehicle at 10:41 a.m.

2200 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada, the driver side door handle was damaged and a laptop computer was stolen between 2:53 p.m. and 3:15 p.m.

 

Jan. 9

600 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada, an employee reported witnessing two suspects as they entered the store, grabbed a number of polo shirts and pants and ran out of the store. Suspect one is described as a male black, about 20 years old, 6’0” tall, wearing a black rag around his head, a white sweater and beige pants. Suspect two was described as a male black, about 20 years old, 5’7” tall, with dreadlock hairstyle, and wearing a black sweater and blue jeans. The employee allegedly witnessed the two suspects at 1:29 p.m.

5200 block of Gould Avenue in La Cañada, a black Apple iPod and personal items were stolen from a vehicle overnight.

 

Jan. 7

2600 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Crescenta, a suspect entered a store and spoke to an employee about Lotto tickets. The employee printed out Super Lotto Hot Spot tickets and the suspect grabbed three of them and ran out of the store without paying at 1:45 p.m.
