At 3:30 a.m. today, Glendale Police Dept. received a call concerning an unknown issue in Northwoods Lane between Ramsdell and Pennsylvania avenues. When officers arrived at the unit they found the front the door open. When officers investigated they found a deceased male in his 50s inside the home. During the investigation, about 45 minutes later, CHP informed them that a body was discovered on the westbound shoulder of the 134 Freeway at Harvey Drive. The man, also in his 50s, apparently  jumped from the 134 transition to the 2 Freeway landing on the 134 Freeway at Harvey Drive. It appears the two deaths are related; however, Glendale police spokesperson Tahnee Lightfoot said the detectives are not releasing any additional information at this time. The investigation is continuing.
