La Cañada native Anita Prata will introduce the future of fitness to the Crescenta Valley with the opening of the first Haute Infrared Studio. Haute is the creator of the Jump Sauna System designed to target the stored toxins in the body’s cells, the culprit of aging and stagnant fitness results.

The private and state-of-the-art studio takes clients through a small group protocol of rebounding, full spectrum infrared sauna finishing with an active dry salt room. For approximately an hour the science-backed methods work synergistically to strengthen and cleanse the body’s cells, the basis of health.

Owner Prata has a long history of health, fitness and instruction and is ACE, AAFA, YMCA, Masters of Motion and lifeguard certified.

“Discovering how this method effectively will regain youthfulness, I had to share it,” said Prata.
