Angeles Forest Highway at mile marker 18.87 in the Angeles National Forest, a driver and passenger parked their motorcycle about 10 feet from the roadway and left for a hike. Prior to leaving the motorcycle they placed their riding jackets, helmets and a backpack containing personal items on top of the motorcycle seat. When they returned to the motorcycle all items were gone.
The theft occurred between 1:30 p.m. and 2 p.m.
July 12
600 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada, an employee at a store reported that three men, all described as black, 5’10” tall and weighing 170 pounds, entered the store. At the time they were wearing dark colored hoodie sweatshirts. They walked to the glass stand that contained high-end purses and tipped the case over shattering the glass. They grabbed a few of the purses and ran out of the store. Witnesses reported seeing the three suspects entered a gray Mercedes C-Class with paper plates. The vehicle then drove away from the location.

500 block of Inverness Drive in La Cañada, a resident returned home to find every room in his home had been ransacked and the kitchen glass door had been shattered. Some items were stolen.
The residential burglary occurred between 8 a.m. and
4 p.m.
5500 block of Godbey Drive in La Cañada, the golf course and bathrooms of the location had been vandalized with spray-painted graffiti overnight.
July 11
300 block of El Vago Street in La Cañada, 400 feet of copper wire was stolen from a location under construction at 3:27 a.m.
July 10
700 block of Inverness Drive in La Cañada, a deputy responded to a burglary alarm at the residence. The deputy discovered a window in the home had been shattered and several areas ransacked. The resident was notified and several items appeared to be missing from the home.
The residential burglary occurred between 12:45 p.m. and 3:22 p.m.
July 8
2700 block of El Caminito in La Crescenta, the rear windshield of a vehicle was shattered, apparently by a baseball, overnight.
July 7
4300 block of Belair Drive in La Cañada, a catalytic converter was stolen off a vehicle overnight.
July 5
1900 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada, a person reported that he secured his belongings in a locker with his own lock at the gym and went to workout. He returned to the locker, retrieved some of his property, secured the locker again and went to shower. When he returned to the locker it looked undisturbed because his lock was still secure. Upon opening the locker he discovered that his gym bag had been rummaged through and his wallet was missing. He soon found that someone had used several of his credit cards at a store in Studio City.
The theft occurred between 5:45 p.m. and 7 p.m.
