The Glendale Unified FLAG program offers dual language immersion in seven languages beginning in kindergarten. Students in the FLAG program learn their target language through content, not as a separate course of study. Dual immersion classes are taught by fully credentialed, bilingual teachers who have additional preparation and expertise teaching in both English and their target language.
