Yesterday, Sept. 11, Crescenta Valley remembered those who lost their lives during the terrorist attacks in New York, the Pentagon in Arlington County, Virginia and a field in Shanksville, Pennsylvania on Sept. 11, 2001. They also honored emergency responders with a motorcade earlier in the day.

Glendale Fire Dept. started the morning with a quiet ceremony to remember those who died on Sept. 11. CVW will share more stories of the local events in next week’s paper.
