A fatal motorcycle accident occurred on Monday at 6 p.m. on Foothill Boulevard in Sunland-Tujunga. The victim of the crash was Crescenta Valley High School alum Ty Payton, 23. There has been a GoFundMe page set up to help his family with expenses.
