The fourth ballot counting update for the March 3 Presidential primary election has been released. As of March 10 the updates included 184,641 ballots processed since election night. An estimated number of outstanding ballots across the entire Los Angeles County include 50,000 conditional voter registration, 15,500 provisional ballots, 400,950 vote by mail and 27,000 miscellaneous, including damaged or withheld ballots. The next update will be made in the late afternoon on Friday, March 13.
