The Southern California Interscholastic Basketball Coaches Association has released their picks for top basketball coaches and players.

For the all CIF-Southern Section/SCIBCA 2019-20 Boys Basketball Team, Division 2AA Todd Wolfson from St. Francis High School in La Cañada was named coach of the year and Andre Henry, a senior at St. Francis was named the number one player of the year for the same CIF section.
