Mountview Retirement and Assisted Living Community announced the appointment of a new on-site management team. The seasoned leaders bring experience and talent to this active senior community. Leading the team is Laura Carrillo, executive director, who has more than a dozen years of experience in all facets of the healthcare industry. Sheri McCrea serves as the Community Marketing Director assisting new residents and Anthony Barcello performs community relations.

With a strong management and sales and marketing background, Carrillo has worked in various areas within the healthcare industry from assisted living to home health and hospice. She earned her MBA in International Business from the University of La Verne. An avid traveler and hiker, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring her own community.

Marketing Director Sheri McCrea was raised in La Cañada, graduating from La Cañada High School. She has a passion for the elderly and worked in the senior care industry for over 20 years. Her effervescent personality and compassionate understanding assists families and future residents. A fitness enthusiast and lover of the outdoors, she is active with her family.

Barcello joins the Mountview team as Community Relations manager. A native of Los Angeles, he brings more than 10 years of experience in operations and sales training. An avid sports fan and participant, he has held regional and national championship awards in Tae Kwon Do.
