Parking Enforcement Detail Resumes
On April 1 the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Dept., Parking Enforcement Detail began enforcing all parking violations and reinstated the issuance of street sweeping citations, expired registration citations, as well as towing vehicles that have been warned via a “red tag” or any other vehicle in violation of the parking laws of the State of California as well as the County of Los Angeles.
To avoid receiving a parking citation or having a vehicle towed, drivers are urged to be mindful of this change.

Rosemont Preserve Restoration Day
The community is invited on Saturday, April 10 from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. to help protect the natural habitat at the Rosemont Preserve. Volunteers will be trimming back spring growth around the trails and working on fire hazard reduction on some of the slopes.

Volunteers should wear sturdy shoes, comfortable clothes and garden gloves (long pants and sleeves are recommended). Tools will be available.

Volunteers should wear sturdy shoes to walk the trail.
This event is free to the public and suitable for all ages; no reservations are required. Rain cancels event. Sorry, no pets please.
