A new executive director will be taking the helm at The Campbell Center. Nancy Niebrugge will take office in early September as David Fields, current TCC executive director, transitions into retirement. In her current role as deputy executive director for the past two years, Niebrugge has worked as a partner with Fields. She has led TCC through the pandemic to sustain the organization’s momentum to success. TCC is confident there will be no steps lost in this transition of leadership.

Thus far in her role at TCC, Niebrugge has led the charge to improve TCC’s quality of service through creating new digital programs to promote remote services. She also has secured funding to bring behavioral expertise and employer incentives to our supported employment program to get more TCC associates back to work. The residential program is thriving under her leadership and Niebrugge is developing a New Ventures Program to engage I/DD students once they matriculate from the public school system.

Beyond program support, Niebrugge brings valuable expertise to fund development, public relations, marketing and social media.
