Cheers to CVWD

Here’s a shout-out to the Crescenta Valley Water District. At 6 p.m. on Friday, April 15 I noticed a small amount of water coming up through the pavement in the middle of Glenwood Avenue just below Stevens Street. I could hear water bubbling under the asphalt and called the emergency telephone number for the CVWD. Several men and trucks arrived in about 30 minutes and worked until almost 10 p.m. 

Thanks! We can’t afford to waste any water in this ongoing drought and appreciate your quick response after regular work hours.
