Tufts University recently announced the dean’s list for the fall 2021 semester. Dean’s list honors at Tufts University require a semester grade point average of 3.4 or greater.

Earning placement from La Cañada Flintridge are Rucha Kadam and Caroline Nowak, both from the Class of 2023, and Justin Kouyoumdjian, Class of 2022.

Tufts University is located on campuses in Boston, Medford/Somerville and Grafton, Massachusetts, and in Talloires, France. Tufts enjoys a global reputation for academic excellence and for the preparation of students as leaders in a wide range of professions.

Josephine Woodruff of La Crescenta was named to the dean’s list at Bates College for the fall semester ending in December 2021. This is a distinction earned by students whose grade point average is 3.92 or higher.

Woodruff, the daughter of James B. Woodruff and Maricruz Prado and Finn Carter, is a 2019 graduate of Polytechnic School. She is majoring in psychology at Bates.

Located in Lewiston, Maine, Bates is a leading liberal arts college, attracting 2,000 students from across the U.S. and around the world. Since 1855, Bates has been dedicated to educating the whole person through creative and rigorous scholarship in a collaborative residential community. Erica Um of La Crescenta has been named to the dean’s list at University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis for the fall 2021 semester. To be eligible for the dean’s list, students must earn at least a 3.5 grade point average for the semester.

The University offers undergraduate, graduate and professional degrees. Undergraduate degrees prepare students for health professions careers, and serve as the foundation for graduate or professional study, while the University’s Doctor of Pharmacy program prepares students to be leaders and innovators in the profession of pharmacy.

Dani Di Paolo of Glendale, who is in the packaging science program, and

Bonnie Kim of La Crescenta, who is in the physician assistant program, earned places on the dean’s list at Rochester Institute of Technology in New York for the fall 2021 semester.

Full-time degree-seeking undergraduate students are eligible for dean’s list if their term GPA is greater than or equal to 3.400; they do not have any grades of “incomplete”, “D” or “F”; and they have registered for, and completed, at least 12 credit hours.

Founded in 1829, RIT enrolls about 18,600 students in more than 200 career-oriented and professional programs, making it among the largest private universities in the U.S.

Nearly 1,800 students were named to the Biola University dean’s list in fall 2021. Biola students are placed on the dean’s list to honor those with a GPA of 3.6 or higher while enrolled in 12 or more credits and whose cumulative GPA is at least 3.2.
