For more than 20 years, I have been living in the La Crescenta home I inherited from my parents. As a struggling single mom, I am afraid no one will want to buy my home because it needs so much work. Each home seller has different needs and goals, therefore there is no cookie cutter best way to sell. However, you couldn’t pick a better time to sell a home which needs sprucing up.
