On Saturday, June 11 at 2 p.m., flutist Paul Fried will lead a chamber group in the third concert in the 2022 Brand Associates Music Series. The musicians include violinist Alexander Fried, violist Victor de Almeida, cellist Dennis Karmazyn, and pianist Bryan Pezzone. The program will consist of music by Schumann, Beethoven, Mozart, Roussel and Gabriela Frank.

Paul Fried has had a storied career performing with the Berlin Philharmonic, Boston Symphony, Boston Pops, Pittsburgh Symphony and more. His son, Alexander Fried, was a violin prodigy and is currently a Cleveland Institute of Music student. All of the musicians are top virtuosos, often performing in Southern California and worldwide.

Admission is free. The Brand Associates 2022 Music Series will consist of six concerts in the Brand Library Recital Hall on Saturday afternoons at 2 p.m. The series presents top chamber music groups from Southern California and beyond. The Music Series is sponsored by the Brand Associates. 

Brand Library & Art Center is located in northwest Glendale, accessed via the Golden State (5) or Ventura (134) freeways. There is ample free parking. An accessible entrance and parking are located on the east side of the building.
