A power outage affecting approximately 2,548 SCE customers struck the area above Orange Avenue between Ramsdell and Briggs avenues this morning at about 8 a.m. SCE crews are on-scene investigating; at this time there is no estimation as to when power will be restored.

 

According to Ben Gallagher, SCE spokesperson, a small number of area homes are part of a planned maintenance outage today, Wednesday; those residents had been previously notified.
