The Crescenta Valley Falcon JV football team got its second League win on Thursday afternoon with a 13-9 victory over the John Muir Mustangs. The Falcons were able to get on the board with two rushing touchdowns from running back Leo Grant.
The tone of the game was set by solid defensive play from both teams with Dominic Saris leading the way for the Falcons with team leading stats in tackles and sacks. The game was sealed late in the fourth quarter by key interceptions by Matthew Sepanossian and Xavier Thompson. With the victory, the JV Falcons moved to 2-0 in League play and will next play Burbank High School.
