State Senator Anthony Portantino invited constituents on Jan. 7 to join him in a holiday celebration at the Artsakh Paseo in Glendale. Traditionally this celebration is held in December but it was postponed due to the weather. Thankfully, the rain that pelted the southland took a break on Saturday providing perfect weather for the festive event.
