2200 block of Crescent Avenue in Montrose, a resident reported parking her vehicle at the location; when she returned the next morning she unlocked her vehicle with the key. She found the interior had been ransacked and several items were stolen.

The vehicle burglary occurred overnight.

 

900 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada Flintridge, while a woman was shopping she placed her iPhone in a small backpack. She began to shop and then went to make a call. She found her backpack unzipped and her phone was missing.

The theft occurred between 3 p.m. and 3:45 p.m.

 

4600 block of Gould Avenue in La Cañada Flintridge, a resident returned home to find her safe in the laundry room and a broken glass panel from a side door. Multiple rooms had been ransacked and items were reported missing.

The residential burglary occurred between 10:30 a.m. and 2:35 p.m.

 

Jan. 27

5000 block of Louise Drive in La Cañada Flintridge, several tools were stolen from a truck. The equipment was inside a compartment with a metal door; the door had been damaged. A witness reported that he had noticed a white Honda Accord parked in front of the location. Two males were inside the vehicle; they both had their faces covered and were wearing hooded sweatshirts. The vehicle drove southbound on Louise Drive, made a U-turn and parked in front of the location. The witness did not think anything of it at the time.

The theft occurred between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

 

4900 block of Hill Street in La Cañada Flintridge, several items were stolen from an unlocked vehicle between 9:30 a.m. and 9:31 a.m.

3000 block of Prospect Avenue in Montrose, a catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle overnight.

3100 block of Prospect Avenue in Montrose, a catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle overnight.

4500 block of Ramsdell Avenue in La Crescenta, a catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle overnight.
