Anna Dale Applebaum and Nisha Kae Chatterjee, both of La Cañada Flintridge, were named to the Dean’s List at Washington University in St. Louis for the fall 2010 semester. Both are graduates of La Cañada High School and are enrolled in the university’s College of Arts & Sciences.

To qualify for the Dean’s List students must earn a semester grade point average of 3.5 or above and be enrolled in at least 14 graded units.

Sylvia Stoker of La Cañada Flintridge is among 581 students named to the fall 2010 semester Dean’s List at Ohio Wesleyan University. Stoker is a graduate of Hillside School.

To qualify for Dean’s List recognition, Ohio Wesleyan students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or better on a 4.0 scale in at least three unit courses.

Rebecka A. Sanders, a graduate of La Cañada High School, was named to the Dean’s List for outstanding academic achievement at California State University of Monterey Bay. She is in her third year at the college majoring in kinetics and sports medicine.

Sanders is noted as a consistent high-mark achiever. While her off- campus employment and activities in athletics keeps her busy, she still manages to maintain her above average academic standards.
