The community is invited to join Dept. of Regional Planning for workshops concerning the visioning workshops on the West San Gabriel Valley Area Plan (WSGVAP).
“Join us to share your ideas, priorities and community history. Resources available and other county departments will be present to answer questions at the start of the workshop. Refreshments will be provided,” according to the WSGVAP.
This is for residents who live in the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County, including la Crescenta/Montrose.
The first meeting will be held on Oct. 7 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the La Crescenta Library, 2809 Foothill Blvd. Other meetings include: Oct. 12 from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Pamela County Park, 2236 Goodall Ave. in Duarte in South Monrovia Islands; Oct. 14 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Altadena Library, 600 E. Mariposa St. in Altadena; Oct. 21 from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Temple City Library, 5939 Golden West Ave. in E. Pasadena/E. San Gabriel; and Oct. 25 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. will be a virtual meeting on historic preservation. Meeting details at planning.lacounty.gov/wsgvap.
