One of Two Missing Brothers Found

Sheriffs Homicide investigators, along with the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office, responded to the California aqueduct on 195th Street West and West Avenue G in the city of Lancaster regarding a deceased male that was discovered under a bridge. Investigators have positively identified the body as Minas Khacheryan, 86, who was reported missing by family on Friday, Sept. 29. His last known whereabouts was fishing at the aqueduct with his brother Grigor, 78. Grigor is still reported as a missing person. He is described as 5’05” tall, 140 lbs. with gray short/balding hair and brown eyes.

The family is concerned for his well-being and asking for the public’s help.
