The Montrose-Verdugo City Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Wellspring Therapy on Wednesday, March 16. The event was an open house from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. that launched the new medically based fitness and athletic training program and to celebrate 16 years of service to the community.
