4800 block of Fairlawn Drive in La Cañada Flintridge, residents returned home from a vacation to find several rooms in their home had been ransacked. An investigation found that a rear glass window had been damaged. Several items were reported stolen.
The residential burglary occurred between Dec. 28 and Jan. 1.

2200 block of Waltonia Drive in Montrose, a package that had been delivered was stolen from the front of a residence. Surveillance footage revealed a black SUV vehicle parked in front of the victim’s home. A female, described as White in her 30s with red hair and wearing a gray sweater and black pants, exited the vehicle. She walked to the front porch of the home and took the package, got back into the vehicle and drove away.
