The City of Glendale provided an update to the La Crescenta Avenue project. During the construction period, intermittent lane closures and traffic delays are expected on the following streets:

Location and Dates

• La Crescenta Avenue between North Verdugo Road and Las Palmas Avenue: Northbound travel lanes may be closed intermittently between April 14 and April 25 (excludes weekends)
• La Crescenta Avenue at Roselawn Avenue: Travel lanes may be closed intermittently between April 11 thru April 17 (excludes weekends)
• La Crescenta Avenue at Shirlyjean Street: Travel lanes may be closed intermittently between April 18 thru April 24 (excludes weekends)
• La Crescenta Avenue at Oakmont View Drive: Travel lanes may be closed intermittently between April 25 thru May 1 (excludes weekends)

Description of Work

• Contractor performing utility locating and potholing for sanitary sewer upgrades and traffic signal upgrades
• Contractor performing sanitary sewer main upgrades

  Drivers are asked to observe posted construction signage and drive safely near construction zones.
