The Montrose-Verdugo City Chamber is hosting its 15th Annual Par 3 Masters Golf Scholarship Fundraiser at Verdugo Hills Golf Course on May 19 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. We have chosen five deserving graduating seniors to award scholarships to and will be handing them out at the event. Registration is still open. We would love for the residents and businesses to come out and support this event. There will be great food, beer on the course and golf pros to help you get through the holes.
Registration 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., putting challenge 11 a.m., lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. which is included in the price. The shotgun start is at 1 p.m. and the scholarship presentation is at 4 p.m.
Food sponsored by Giuseppe’s Pizza, Three Drunken Goats, Sake Sushi and Sun Palace. Beer sponsored by Oceanview Investments Group.
