La Crescenta Valley Republican Women Federated gathered on Friday at the Caltech Athenaeum to hear speaker Susan Prager, wife of conservative radio talk show host Dennis Prager, speak on her perspective of the upcoming presidential election.

After her speech, Dennis surprised her by joining the guests for lunch. There were about 90 people in attendance from the foothills area and from Pasadena.

La Crescenta women Mary Owens was installed as president and Debi Devens was named VP. Other officers were Treasurer Lucille Mellon and Donna Tubbs as secretary.
