How Smart Are You? Find Out at the ‘Pre-Smart’ Mixer

“Success is not to be pursued; it is to be attracted
by the person you become.”    Jim Rohn

Are you the person you want to be? Have you attracted success? Sometimes you need to step out of your comfort zone. Take risks. Successful people think big and act big. It can be a scary thing to do, but if you don’t then will you ever be successful? Don’t wait for opportunities to fall in your lap. Successful people make big investments (in their careers, in their businesses, in their education) and all investments involve risk. But don’t be reckless. Study your risks, make sure the odds are in your favor, and then take a leap. Be bold.

The Crescenta Valley Chamber of Commerce can help you to be bold. Join us at our next mixer and we can introduce you to successful people and you will become more successful as well.

We have some very successful people in the Crescenta Valley. Our next mixer is at the very successful business Bob Smith Toyota. Come and meet the La Crescenta elite on March 14 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. where successful people will gather to network, mingle, meet new people and see old friends. It is our ‘Pre-Smart’ mixer. Come join us to find out what it takes to be ‘Pre-Smart!’ Receive information about the Smart-a-thon where you only need to be smart enough to know you are donating to a good cause. It will be a great mixer infused with successful people who care about the Crescenta Valley.

Another great event is Day at the Races on March 18, co-sponsored by the Crescenta Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Crescenta Valley Sheriff Support Group. This will be at Santa Anita Race Track starting at 11 a.m. and includes nine exciting Thoroughbred races, parking, official race program, barbecue lunch, soft drinks and expert handicapping advice from Rick Dinger (priceless?). Join us for this great event and hopefully we will all have great success, but if not we will have a great time for sure.

If you would like for your business to be a little more successful and want to help towards the success of an event that will benefit your community, please think about being a sponsor of our Hometown Country Fair. The fair will be held on April 21 and we are looking for a few good sponsors. Our All-American sponsors logo will appear on posters that will be put up at local businesses, on our website (lacrescenta.org), our newspaper advertising, our flyers and the iPad raffle tickets. All-American sponsors will also get an ad in our chamber newsletter and our sincere appreciation (priceless!). Please call our office to find about this great opportunity to be a sponsor of our city’s official Hometown Country Fair!

Let’s all be successful together! Call our office for more information about any event or to learn how we can help you become successful.
