The Chamber wants to help you promote your business…so as the holidays get closer let me know if you have something going, like a sale, special or a promotion and I will get the word out for you…free. The Chamber is here to help promote your business. Those who have a business stake in this community can best be safeguarded by working with others through the chamber of commerce to protect and advance all businesses. You will help to ensure this community’s progress which in turn ensures the success of your business. It’s a win-win; try it!

Coming up is the 33rd Annual Montrose Christmas Parade on Saturday, Dec. 5. We are looking for some vintage automobiles to carry our distinguished celebrities and dignitaries. If you have a unique vehicle or know of someone who does please contact Steve Pierce at (818) 259-5195. Also we are looking for some adult and student volunteers. Adults please contact Rose Gamble at the Chamber office at (818) 249-7171 and students, high school age, contact your high school counselor to sign up. It promises to be an exciting evening for all who are going to attend. Plan on making a day of it – shop our local businesses for that special Christmas present, have a great dinner at one of our many restaurants in Montrose, place your chairs and blankets on the parade route and get ready to see Santa and Mrs. Claus!

The Chamber is open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Thursday and is closed on Friday. The Chamber is located at 3516 N. Verdugo Road in Glendale and can be reached by telephone at (818) 249-7171 or by e-mail mvcc@montrosechamber.org.
