Waiting on Construction
Regarding the building that is being built where Plumb Crazy was located, I am going to wait until it is finished before I judge it. The raw shape and framing may not represent what the final outcome will look like.
I wish my house was framed with the steel two-by-fours. I would kiss termites goodbye. I have no idea of what the taxes are on that lot. I am sure that a building the size of the old one could not generate the revenue required to pay the property taxes.
I think that the new building will be nicer to look at than the one on the southwest corner of Rosemont and Foothill. I miss the old red barn, but those termites holding hands were the only thing that kept it from falling down.
I will be interested in seeing what kind of business locates in the new building.
