It was Kings territory on Wednesday at the Pacific Community Center in Glendale when the Stanley Cup made an appearance amid cheers from L.A. Kings hockey fans.
Hundreds crammed into the center’s gym – including GUSD school board member Greg Krikorian with Kings mascot Bailey – to celebrate the Los Angeles Kings win of the NHL Stanley Cup Championship for the first time in franchise history. The stop in Glendale was part of a summer tour that will include 13 states, five Canadian provinces and its first-ever visit to Slovenia.
