GAMC Welcomes Dr. Arby Nahapetian

Glendale Adventist Medical Center (GAMC) announced the appointment of Arby Nahapetian, M.D., MPH, FACC to the position of vice president of Medical Affairs and Quality.

A practicing cardiologist and electrophysiologist, Dr. Nahapetian will play an integral role in strengthening communication and enhancing the hospital’s focus on clinical quality among its affiliated physicians. Dr. Nahapetian joined the staff on Aug. 1.

“I am proud to be joining the leadership team at such an impressive hospital,” said Dr. Nahapetian. “My new position will bring together my interests in the administrative side of medicine as well as the clinical side. I look forward to working with the hospital’s physicians to improve the efficiency and quality of patient care.”

Dr. Nahapetian comes to Glendale Adventist from Cardiovascular Consultants Medical Group and serves as clinical instructor for medical students, residents, and cardiology fellows at the UCLA School of Medicine and the Ronald Reagan Medical Center. He will continue to practice clinical medicine as he begins his new role as vice president.
