The Burbank Police Department is asking for anyone that may have had contact with the suspect or vehicle (pictured above) that were involved in an alleged attempted kidnapping of a teenage girl.
This morning at 7:15 a.m., patrol officers responded to Burroughs High School regarding a possible lewd act against a sixteen year old student while she was walking to school. The incident occurred at Keystone Street and Magnolia Boulevard. The suspect, sitting in a 1989 White Toyota Camry, exposed his genitals to the female and ordered her into his vehicle. The victim walked away without saying anything as the suspect chased after the victim. While running away, the victim obtained the license plate of the suspect vehicle. She ran to school and reported the incident.
The suspect and his vehicle were located several blocks away by responding officers and positively identified by the victim. The suspect was arrested for 314.1 PC-Indecent Exposure and 664/207 PC-Attempted Kidnapping.
Hino Youkhana, 54, 5’05”,120 lbs., brown hair, hazel eyes, transient from Burbank, was booked at the Burbank Jail. Youkhana’s bail is $ 100,000 with a court date of Friday, September 21.
