The La Crescenta Thunder (11U) travel baseball team won the championship in their division at the Southern California AAU Baseball Tournament in Temecula over the weekend of Oct. 6. This represents the second championship win this team has had the last three tournaments. Solid performances by all the boys led them to a strong victory Sunday by taking the first game in a mercy 18-1 and the second victory 7-1.
