Former La Cañada mayor Joan Feehan died Jan. 22. Joan served three terms as mayor: 1988-89; 1992-93 and 1997-98.

During her terms as mayor, she led the way for many new projects in the city. Probably the most visible are the bus benches … covered and not covered … that are enjoyed today.

Joan was very active and loved serving La Cañada Flintridge.  She will be missed.
