L.A. Falcons Holding Introductory Day
The Los Angeles Falcons track and field team for boys and girls ages 5 to 15 will kick off its 2013 season with an introductory day on Feb. 16 at the Crescenta Valley High School track. The team, whose philosophy is that every child is a winner, will offer sprinting, distance races, hurdles and field events such as the long jump and shot put during its 20th annual season. The season runs Feb. 16 through June 1. Falcon team members will learn to excel through practice, friendly competition and team support.
