3:08 Neighbors reported seeing the animal as early as 6 a.m. this morning. They are being asked to remain in their homes until the animal is tranquilized and transported into the Angeles National Forest, according to Office Bruce Fox.
Glendale Police and the Dept. of Fish & Game is responding to a mountain lion located in the rear yard of a home in the 3300 block of Thelma Street in La Crescenta.
Pasadena Humane Society is on scene along with Dept. of Fish & Game. GPD Officer Bruce Foss said that police are waiting for the Dept. of Fish & Game to assess the situation and perhaps tranquilize the animal.
