Restoration Day at Rosemont Preserve
There is a restoration day planned at the Rosemont Preserve on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11a.m. Volunteers are invited to come and learn to identify invasive plant species and remove them to allow room to reestablish the native flora.  There will also be some light brush clearance.

Those who plan on attending should wear sturdy shoes, comfortable work clothes and garden gloves (long pants and sleeves are recommended); also any of the following tools: shovels, spades, loppers, hatchets and clippers. Other tools and equipment will be provided.

The Preserve is located at the north end of Rosemont Avenue, just past the chain link fence. As street parking is limited, please park at Two Strike Park at 5107 Rosemont Ave. in La Crescenta.
