Casa Cordoba in Montrose had a ribbon cutting alerting everyone that Casa Cordoba is officially open for dinner as well as lunch. Owner Jeannie Bone has created a place reminiscent of a street corner café in Spain. Casa Cordoba features Spanish dishes and tapas. Inside there are hand painted ceramics, kitchenware, olive oils, paella pans, spices and gourmet food products imported from Spain for sale.
