The first meeting of the Glendale Quarterback Club under the direction of Rick Dinger, the club’s 71st president, will be held at the Oakmont Country Club on Tuesday, Sept. 10. Lunch begins at 11:30 a.m. followed by the meeting at noon. Guest speaker is Robert Lee who played college football at Oregon State University, then moved on to the Minnesota Vikings, New York Giants and Chicago Bears. In his 10 years, he played 133 games and had two Super Bowl appearances.
The cost for the meeting and lunch is $17 for paid members, $20 for non-paid members and guests.
