There was a very full agenda for the Montrose Shopping Park Association September board meeting with merchants, City of Glendale personnel, press, GPD, and chamber friends in attendance. My goal is to capture the highlights on film so you can get a behind the scenes peek at all of the effort that goes into making the Montrose Shopping Park the gem that it is. Did you know we are setting the stage for fall? Yes, the trees are wrapped in orange lights and the streetlamps are being decorated with “Fall in Love with Montrose” banners. All the more reason to shop & dine in Montrose!
We are happy to have Kim Conrad Kelly of Merle Norman serve on our board. Did you know out of thousands of Merle Normans across the country the Montrose location is in the top five!
We also got to hear from Garo Anserlian who owns Executive Jewelers and achieved worldwide fame by being commissioned by NASA to design the Mars watch. Yes, it keeps Mars time for the astronauts! Jack Aroyan, owner of Critters, helped us get to know him better. Craig Clough, the nice new regional editor for Patch, introduced himself. And we got to meet the new GPD North Area commander, Lt.

The Montrose Shopping Park is once again looking forward to hosting the Montrose-Verdugo City Chamber of Commerce as it treats us to the annual Oktoberfest, the best Oktoberfest in the state! Watch for the MSPA booth where we will be rewarding shoppers with the opportunity to get free gifts specially designed with the Montrose clock logo.
