GIO’S Baguettes & More Just Keeps Getting Better!

Did you know you can experience the feeling of a Paris café right in the heart of Montrose? Gio’s Baguettes & More was a dream born on a Paris street 1997. While eating a baguette sandwich and sipping on a latte, Gio’s founders were inspired to bring the Paris café feeling to Montrose. They started importing French baguette dough and soon Gio’s was born. Once again the Montrose Shopping Park became home to a “one of a kind” café.

At Gio’s you can order a variety of pastries as you sit on the patio at the corner of Honolulu Avenue and Ocean View Boulevard and watch the world go by. Imagine enjoying a freshly baked chocolate croissant with your cappuccino as you read your CV Weekly or tap into free Wi-Fi! Now that’s starting your day Montrose style! Customers ordering a warm baguette with butter will be in French bread bliss.
Lunch at Gio’s is just what our Montrose shoppers want! Once again the French baguettes star as the base for several sandwiches. The “Gio’s Veggie” is healthy and delicious with marinated, roasted eggplant, veggies, Swiss cheese and pesto. Soup lovers will look forward to homemade soup of the day at only $4.75 a bowl. The crisp salads come with fresh baked bread. And what would a French café be without crepes? Gio’s has several you must try!

As we approach Gio’s one-year anniversary, owner Azniv has branched out into cupcakes, specialty cakes and catering.

For the holidays watch for pies, dinner rolls, themed cupcakes, seasonal drinks, real fruit smoothies and chai tea lattes.
