Emelita S. L. Bituin, vice president and manager of Citizens Business Bank, La Cañada Flintridge Business Financial Center presented a check for $6,500 to Tyler S. Wright president and CEO, and Kim Beattie, director of Financial Development, of the YMCA of the Foothills. The check is a result of the 2nd Annual Region 3 Citizens Business Bank Charity Golf Classic held in the fall at Oakmont Country Club.

The success of the event was from participation and sponsorship by the client base of Citizens Business Bank. Four local charities received donations from the proceeds of the event. They include YMCA of the Foothills, Nancy Painter House, Glendale College Foundation and Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles.

The donation from Citizens Business Bank will help support the Y’s philanthropic efforts to strengthen the foundation of the foothills community and take on challenges that threaten children, families and seniors, present and future, and work towards positive and lasting changes.
