Evangelism is an equally crucial and difficult aspect of Christianity. This is true for people of all ages, but especially for young Christians. The Pasadena International House of Prayer will be hosting a series of evangelism training classes for local students. The classes begin March 8 and continue every Saturday morning from 9 a.m. to noon. Attendees will learn applicable skills in the areas of prophecy, healing, deliverance and evangelism.

The event will focus on ways to bring the Gospel to the streets of Glendale and Pasadena. The group plans to take a trip to Skid Row as well to share love with those in need.

“I think it will be a great way for our more mature Christian kids to see how they can be used by God and be laborers for the harvest field outside of the walls of their churches and their schools,” Crescenta Valley High School Falcon Christian Fellowship club advisor Pia Hugo said of the event.

High school students from local Christian clubs as well as youth groups are invited to attend the training.

PIHOP is located at 1403 N. Lake Ave., Pasadena.
