The California Highway Patrol has activated an Amber Alert concerning a child abduction that occurred the afternoon of March 6 in Long Beach. The child is Nicholas Johnston, 12-years old, described as white, 4’8″ tall, weighing 80 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.

The person suspected of taking the boy is Sri Johnston, 49, described as a white female, 5’1″ tall weighing 125 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She is possibly driving a tan 1998 Saturn four-door with California license plate 4AUU679.
