3100 block of Cloudcrest Road in La Crescenta, the side view mirror on a vehicle was broken overnight.

Foothill Boulevard and Ramsdell Avenue in La Crescenta, a 37-year-old Panorama City woman was arrested for driving on a suspended license, expired registration and receiving stolen property after a routine traffic stop.
Deputies discovered, according to records, the license plates of a vehicle had expired in 2012; however, the plates had 2014 tags. The driver reportedly said the she was on welfare and could not pay for her registration, she had gotten the tags from “a guy” in Van Nuys. When the deputy asked her if they were stolen tags, she reportedly said, “Of course they are.” After an investigation, it was found there was a warrant out in her name. She was arrested at 7:19 p.m.

2600 block of Willowhaven Drive in La Crescenta, the windshield of a vehicle was shattered by an unknown object as it was parked in front of the location overnight.

2200 block of Waltonia Drive in Montrose, the driver’s side window was smashed and the glove box and center console were ransacked overnight.

600 Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada Flintridge, an employee at Jane’s Cakes discovered an empty package at the store. The items from the package were not found. The surveillance footage revealed a female wearing a black sweater, white shirt and tan pants opening items and placing them under her left arm then covering them with her sweater. The incident occurred at 1:10 p.m.

4300 block of Cloud Avenue in La Crescenta, the driver’s side window was shattered in a vehicle between 3 a.m. and noon.

Montrose Avenue and Rosemont Avenue in La Crescenta, a 53-year-old Montrose man was arrested for suspicion of possession of a controlled substance resembling methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia at 7 p.m.

Foothill Boulevard and Rinetti Lane in La Cañada Flintridge, a 22-year-old La Cañada man was arrested on suspicion of possession of concentrated marijuana after deputies received a call concerning a person acting suspicious in a vehicle. Deputies discovered the La Cañada man in the driver’s seat with a “bong” in his right hand and the passenger holding a lighter. The driver was found in possession of a container of what appeared to be concentrated cannabis. He reportedly told the deputy he was just coming from dinner and wanted to smoke before he went home. He allegedly told deputies he had a prescription for the marijuana but was not aware that possessing concentrated marijuana in public was a felony. He was arrested at 8:16 p.m.
