Did you feel it?

A 4.4 magnitude earthquake rumbled through Southern California at 4:04 a.m. this morning (Tuesday).  The epicenter was about a mile from Pico Rivera about 11 miles from downtown Los Angeles, according to the U.S. Geologic Survey website.

The earthquake was reportedly felt from Long Beach to Palmdale.  Crescenta Valley Sheriff’s Station was in the process of implementing a Critical Facilities Check throughout the area but had received no reports of damage as of 4:32 a.m.

USGS reports the depth of the earthquake to be 11.2 miles.
