The results of the Crescenta Valley Town Council are in. Six candidates were vying for three seats with a three-year term and three alternate seats with a one-year term.
The three elected to CVTC to a three-year term were: Desiree Rabinov, Leslie Dickson and Mariam Barnes.
The three elected for alternate seats were serving one-year terms are Lisa Griffin, Kevin Kang and Charles Beatty.
Voting took place on Nov. 8 at La Crescenta library.
The newly elected councilmembers will be sworn in at the Dec. 18 CVTC meeting at the La Crescenta library community room beginning at 7 p.m.
The CV Youth Town Council meets at 6 p.m. just prior to the CVTC general meeting.
CVTC is an elected body that works with residents on issues concerning the unincorporated area of Los Angeles County in La Crescenta.
